摘要
现有的变频空调在低速运行时有较大的扭矩脉动,有时产生更大的振动和噪声;现在市场上出现了许多传感器装配,由于安装各种传感器,使系统制造费用增加,维护也相当麻烦,永磁同步电机的普遍应用和应用都受到了限制。本文对转矩脉动的出现进行了分析,列出了常用的转矩脉动抑制法,结合了现代控制理论,提出了以定子电流为基础的算法。
At low speed,the current inverter air conditioner has large torque pulsation and sometimes produces more vibration and noise.At present,many sensor assemblies appear in the market.The installation of various sensors increases the manufacturing cost of the system and makes maintenance quite troublesome,so the general application and application of PMSM are limited.This paper analyzes the occurrence of torque ripple,lists the commonly used torque ripple suppression method,combined with modern control theory,proposes the algorithm based on stator current.
