摘要
本文对起吊部件的受力状况进行详细计算。所以,借助于内悬浮外拉线方法来对组塔进行安装,将600×600锰钢铝合金材料当作主要材料,塔组件最终明确用滑轮1.1机器组装,其中吊装设计是3.7t。鉴于此,本文重点阐述了吊装期间存在的技术问题并提出以下质量控制措施:一是工程准备阶段质量控制措施;二是工程材料的质量控制措施;三是做好工程结束后的验收工作,旨在推动我国电力行业的健康发展。
In this paper,the force condition of lifting parts is calculated in detail.Therefore,with the help of internal suspension and external stay wire method,600×600 manganese steel aluminum alloy material is used as the main material,and the tower components are finally assembled with pulley 1.1 machine,and the hoisting design is 3.7t.In view of this,this paper focuses on the technical problems existing in the hoisting period and puts forward the following quality control measures:first,quality control measures in the preparation stage of the project;second,quality control measures of engineering materials;third,acceptance work after the completion of the project,aiming at promoting the healthy development of China’s power industry.
