摘要
采用不锈钢微孔膜元件进行错流实验,分别对含煤废水、机加工行业的危废溶液进行过滤。结果表明:过滤精度为1μm的金属微孔膜元件对含煤废水中固体颗粒的拦截效率可达98%。对于含有胶体状固体颗粒物的含油含盐废水体系,经1μm不锈钢微孔膜元件过滤后,悬浮物可降低73.9%,NH3-N降低54%。
The stainless steel microporous membrane elements were selected to conduct cross-flow filtration experi-ments to filtrate coal dust wastewater under the mine and hazardous waste solution(oil and salt wastewater)in machi-ning industry respectively.The results showed that the interception efficiency of solid particles in coal-containing wa-stewater by microporous membrane elements with filtration accuracy of 1μm was up to 98%.For the oily and salt wa-stewater system containing colloidal solid particles,the suspension and NH3-N content were reduced by 73.9%and 54%after filtration by 1μm stainless steel microporous membrane element.
