摘要
针对焦化厂粗酚精制废水含有高浓度硫酸盐、挥发酚、有机物、氨氮的特点,开发了以振动膜、萃取、蒸发-结晶为核心的零排放处理系统。所用新型蒸发器主要基于空气增湿/除湿原理,在低温、常压下运行,对萃取脱酚后呈酸性的废水直接蒸发、浓缩,冷凝产水经进一步净化,优于循环冷却水用再生水水质标准的要求,成功实现苯酚回收及水的资源化利用。
Crude phenol refining effluent from coking plant is characterized by high concentration of sulfate,volatile phenols,organic matters and ammonia nitrogen.A zero liquid discharge system with vibrating membrane,extraction,evaporation and crystallization as core technologies was developed.The new type of evaporator used was designed on the humidifying-dehumidifying cycle with air,and operated at low temperature and atmospheric pressure.The acidic effluent after extraction and dephenolization was directly concentrated using the evaporator.The condensate was fur-ther purified and achieved a better quality than the reusing water quality standard for industrial circulating cooling water.The recovery phenols and the utilization of water resource were successfully achieved.
