电磁轨道炮轨道动态扩张量精确测量技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 电磁轨道炮在发射过程中,轨道因受电磁力影响产生的扩张量会使枢轨间产生间隙,造成轨道电弧烧蚀,影响轨道寿命。为实现轨道动态扩张量的精确测量,对反射式光纤技术进行研究。根据反射式光纤工作原理分析了光强调制特性函数,利用反射式光纤传感器进行了静态测量实验。结果表明,该反射式光纤传感器性能稳定,绘制的曲线变化趋势与光强调制特性函数分析一致,在2.4 mm范围内线性度可达0.5%,拟合出曲线公式,适合电磁轨道炮轨道动态扩张量的精确测量。 In the launching process of the electromagnetic railgun, the expansion of the rail affected by the electromagnetic force will cause the clearance between the pivot rails,lead to the track arc ablation, and reduce the track life.A study was made of the reflective optical fiber technology for the purpose of realizing the accurate measurement of the rail dynamic expansion volumes. According to the working principle of reflective optical fiber, an analysis was made of the characteristic function of light intensity modulation, with the static measurement experiment carried out by using reflective optical fiber sensor.The results show that the performance of the reflective optical fiber sensor is stable,and that the curves drawn are consistent with the analysis of the light intensity modulation characteristic function. The linearity can reach 0.5% in the range of 2.4 mm. The curve formula is fitted, which is suitable for the accurate measurement of the rail dynamic expansion volumes of the electromagnetic railgun.
