管制寻租的经验测度、综合评估与因素分析——基于中国企业调查数据(ES2012CN)的实证研究

Experience Measuring,Comprehensive Evaluation and Factor Analysis on Regulation Rent-seeking:An Empirical Research Based on the Data of Enterprise Survey in China(ES2012CN)

世界银行的企业调查(ES)提供了企业管制寻租经验的具体测度数据。在将中国企业调查(ES2012CN)的企业级数据过渡到城市级数据的基础上,采用潜变量提取方法可以对我国25个样本城市管制寻租强度进行综合评估,基于不同方法的评估结果之间具有一致性。对综合评估结果的因素分析表明,管制寻租强度与城市的市场化程度和政治属性呈现较高的相关性,但与城市规模、经济发展水平和地理位置等城市外在特征的关联性不大,从而在数量角度为样本城市之间管制寻租强度差异的成因提供了一个比较合理的解释。

The Enterprise Survey(ES)by the World Bank provides some specific measurement data on regulation rent-seeking experience of enterprises.Based on the transition from enterprise-level data of the Enterprise Survey in China(ES2012CN)to city-level data,The intensity of regulation rent-seeking of 25 sample cities in China can comprehensively evaluate with different methods of latent variable extraction,and there is consistency among such evaluation results.Through factor analysis on such evaluation results,the conclusions was draw that the intensity of regulation rentseeking depend on the marketization and political attributes of the cities,but don't depend on the external characteristics such as city scale,economic development level,geographic location and so on,so a quantitative explanation was provided for the the reason of the difference in the intensity of regulation rent-seeking among the sample cities.
