经鼻内镜手术结合药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床效果

Clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with drugs in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps

目的探究慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者采用经鼻内镜手术结合抗生素和鼻内激素布地奈德药物治疗的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月~2018年12月无锡市第八人民医院收治的50例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽签原则将其分为A组(给予经鼻内镜手术治疗)和B组(在A组治疗的基础上联合抗生素和鼻内激素布地奈德药物治疗),每组各25例。观察两组患者的术中出血量、住院时间;比较患者两组治疗后的临床效果;观察两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果两组患者的术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组患者的住院时间短于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,B组患者的临床总有效率(92.00%)与A组(84.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组患者的并发症总发生率(12.00%)与A组(20.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者采用经鼻内镜手术结合抗生素和鼻内激素布地奈德药物治疗,可缩短其住院时间,具有一定的临床疗效,并发症总发生率较低。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with antibiotics and intranasal hormone Budesonide in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who were admitted to Wuxi No.8 People′s Hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,according to the principle of random drawing,they were divided into group A(treated with endoscopic sinus surgery)and group B(combined with antibiotics and intranasal hormone Budesonide drug treatment on the basis of group A treatment),25 cases in each group.The amount of intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the two groups were observed,the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups was recorded.Results There was no significant difference in the amount of intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The hospitalization time of group B was shorter than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of group B(92.00%)and group A(84.00%)was not statistically different(P>0.05).Compared with group A(20.00%),the total incidence of complications in group B(12.00%)was not statistically different(P>0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with antibiotics and intranasal hormone Budesonide in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can shorten their hospitalization time,have certain clinical effect,and have lower total incidence of complications.
