心理护理在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of psychological nursing in nursing of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的观察心理护理在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月~2020年1月江西省萍乡市第二人民医院收治的46例老年COPD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为参照组(23例)与观察组(23例)。参照组采用常规护理,观察组在参照组的基础上采用心理护理。比较两组的抑郁、焦虑评分、肺功能改善情况及治疗依从性。结果观察组的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)及FEV1/FVC的比值高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)及Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总依从性高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理有利于缓解老年COPD患者的负面心理,改善肺部功能,具有良好的应用价值。

Objective To observe the application effect of psychological nursing in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 46 elderly patients with COPD admitted to the Second People′s Hospital of Pingxiang City Jiangxi Province from August 2019 to January 2020 as research objects,they were divided into reference group(23 cases)and observation group(23 cases)according to the random number table method.The patients in the reference group adopted routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group adopted psychological nursing on the basis of the reference group.The depression score,anxiety score,improvement of lung function and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group′s forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and the ratio of FEV1/FVC were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group′s Zung depression self-rating scale(SDS)and Zung anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score were lower than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment total compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing is helpful to relieve the negative psychology of elderly patients with COPD and improve lung function,and has good application value.
