干旱胁迫下小麦的生理生态响应

摘要 为使干旱地区农业水资源得到高效利用,寻求在干旱环境下小麦产量增收的有效途径。本文从不同干旱胁迫对小麦的生理生化特性的影响做了简单的研究,如对叶绿素、丙二醛(MAD)、脯氨酸(PRO)含量的变化的研究。结果表明,在小麦拔节期,小麦两品种在经过轻度胁迫(LS),中度胁迫(MS),重度胁迫(SS)处理后,叶绿素含量都有所下降且抗旱优质小麦低于高产优质小麦,在SS处理下两品种叶绿素含量下降量相差11.51%;抗旱优质小麦要比高产优质小麦丙二醛(MDA)值变化稍大,尤其在重度胁迫SS处理下与CK组比较,两品种丙二醛(MDA)增加量相差3.42%;高产优质小麦的脯氨酸含量增加量显著低于抗旱优质小麦,尤其在轻度胁迫LS处理下,两品种脯氨酸含量增加量的比值相差44.00%。因此,两种小麦在水分胁迫的情况下,可以通过自身调节抑制或减少水分胁迫给作物带来的伤害。
