摘要
目的:探索头部核磁共振检测方式在脑损伤新生儿临床诊断过程中的检测价值。方法:对2018年05月至2020年02月本院收入的26名怀疑存在脑损伤新生儿开展分析,对所有患儿进行头部核磁共振检测、计算机断层扫描(Computed Tomography,CT)检测,比较二者对脑损伤新生儿的脑内损伤类型检出情况、脑内损伤病灶位置检出情况。结果:头部核磁共振检测方式检出脑损伤新生儿情况对比CT检测方式升高(P<0.05)。头部核磁共振检测方式对脑损伤新生儿的脑内损伤病灶检出处数对比CT检测方式升高(P<0.05),头部核磁共振检测方式对脑损伤新生儿的额叶位置病灶检出处数、额颞叶位置病灶检出处数对比CT检测方式升高(P<0.05)。结论:头部核磁共振检测方式在脑损伤新生儿临床诊断中存在一定价值。
Objective:To explore the value of head magnetic resonance imaging in the clinical diagnosis of brain injury neonates.Methods:Twenty-six newborns suspected of brain injury admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to February 2020 were analyzed.Head MRI and computed tomography(CT)were performed on all the infants.The detection of brain injury types and the location of brain injury lesions were compared between the two methods.Results:The detection of brain injury by head MRI was higher than that by CT(P<0.05).Compared with CT,the number of brain lesions detected by head MRI was higher than that by CT(P<0.05).The number of frontal lobe lesions and frontotemporal lobe lesions detected by head MRI were significantly higher than that of CT(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a certain value for the clinical diagnosis of brain injury for newborns with brain MRI.
