早发青少年精神分裂症患者皮质下脑结构协变连接异常的研究分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨早发青少年精神分裂症患者皮质下脑结构协变连接的异常。方法:选择2015年3月至2018年3月期间本院收治的早发青少年精神分裂症患者25例作为观察组,另选择同时间段健康志愿者25名作为对照组,均行全脑核磁共振扫描,分析皮质下脑结构协变连接,评估观察组协变连接异常情况。结果:观察组患者左侧丘脑体积及左侧海马体积与对照组比较明显偏低,观察组左侧大脑、右侧大脑半球皮质下脑区苍白球与壳核、海马与杏仁核之间协变连接与对照组比较明显降低,观察组左侧壳核与右侧丘脑之间协变连接与对照组比较明显降低(P<0.05);两组其他皮质下脑区体积比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:利用全脑核磁共振扫描及图像处理发现早发青少年精神分裂症患者皮质下脑结构协变连接降低,脑体积减少,即皮质下边缘系统、基地节脑区结构协变发育异常,具有较高的研究价值。 Objective:To investigate the results of covariant junction abnormalities of subcortical brain structure in early onset adolescent schizophrenia.Methods:From March 2015 to March 2018,25 patients with early-onset adolescent schizophrenia in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 25 healthy volunteers at the same time period were selected as the control group.All patients underwent whole brain MRI scanning to analyze the covariant junction of subcortical brain structure and evaluate the abnormal situation of covariant junction in the observation group.Results:The volume of left thalamus and hippocampus in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Compared with the control group,the covariant connections between globus pallidus and putamen,hippocampus and amygdala in the subcortical areas of the left and right cerebral hemispheres in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The covariant connection between left putamen and right thalamus in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the volume of other subcortical areas between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using whole brain MRI scanning and image processing,it is found that the covariant connection of subcortical brain structure and brain volume decrease in early-onset adolescent schizophrenia patients,that is,the structure of subcortical limbic system and basal ganglia brain area is abnormal,which has high research value.
