实验项目无缝隙管理在《医学机能实验学》课程中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨实验项目无缝隙管理用于《医学机能实验学》课程的效果。方法:将2016级临床医学学生分为两个组,对照组(n=47)采取常规实验教学,实验组(n=42)在常规实验教学基础上加入实验项目无缝隙管理,通过学生操作技能、课终考核、问卷调查评价教学效果。结果:实验组学生医学机能实验学成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。课程问卷调查显示,实验组学生中有35人(83.3%)认为有利于培养实验教学学习兴趣,36人(85.7%)认为有利于规范实验教学,38人(90.5%)认为有利于培养实验过程团队的协作精神。结论:在《医学机能实验学》教学中应用实验项目无缝隙管理,有利于提高学生团队协作能力,对培养学生主观能动性和临床思维等能力具有重要的意义。 Objective:To explore the application value of seamless management modein the function medical science.Methods:The students majoring in clinicalmedicinewere divided into experimental group(42 students)and control group(47 students)randomly.The seamless management teaching platform was used in the experimental group while the conventional teaching method was used in the control group.The effect of teaching was evaluated by questionnaire and examination and the data were analyzed through Chi-square and t-test.Result:Statistical difference was found in average score between experiment group and control group in thecourse of"function medical science"(P<0.05).Questionnaire survey of satisfaction for the course showed that 83.3%students(35 students)in experimental group were interested in the new course,85.7%students(36 students)thought it is beneficial to consolidate the clinical,and 90.5%students(38 students)felt it could cultivate the team collaboration.Conclusion:The function medical science based on seamless management mode is beneficial to improve the interest of student,which is of great significance to the cultivation of students'clinical practice ability and clinical comprehensive thinking skills.
