钙离子通道在调节间充质干细胞骨向分化中的作用的研究进展

摘要 口-颅颌面创伤、感染和肿瘤等伴发的骨折、骨缺损是亟待解决的医学难题,采用自体间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)用于治疗骨缺损具有良好的应用前景。钙离子通道是影响MSCs骨向分化的重要通道,但针对其具体机制,目前尚不清楚。现就各类型钙离子通道对不同来源的MSCs骨向分化的调控作用和机制进行综述,为促进口-颅颌面骨折愈合和骨再生提供新的思路和方法。 Fractures and bone defects associated with oral and craniomaxillofacial trauma,infection and tumor are urgent medical problems to be solved.The application of autologous mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)in the treatment of bone defects has a good prospect.Our previous research found that calcium ion channels are important channels influencing bone differentiation of MSCs,but the specific mechanism remains unclear.In this review,the regulatory effects and mechanisms of various types of calcium ion channels on bone differentiation of MSCs from different sources are reviewed to provide new ideas and methods for the promotion of oral and craniomaxillofacial fracture healing and bone regeneration.
