食管癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有较高的发病率,早期食管癌若能及时治疗,生存率较高,中晚期食管癌则不然。早发现、早诊断、早治疗才能尽快改善患者病情,提高生存率。食管癌的治疗方式很多,有开放性手术、微创手术、放化疗和靶向治疗等。单一的治疗方式往往不是食管癌患者的最佳选择,各种治疗方式相互配合才能得到最好的疗效。本文就食管癌的治疗进展进行综述,希望为食管癌患者选择合理的治疗方式提供指引。

Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China.It has a high incidence rate.If the early esophageal cancer is treated in time,the survival rate is higher.Early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment can improve the patient's condition and improve the survival rate.There are many treatments for esophageal cancer,including open surgery,minimally invasive surgery,chemoradiotherapy and targeted therapy.Single treatment is often not the best choice for patients with esophageal cancer,and the best curative effect can be obtained by the cooperation of various treatment methods.This article reviews the progress in the treatment of esophageal cancer,hoping to provide guidance for patients with esophageal cancer to choose a reasonable treatment.
