摘要
目的探究食管癌患者病理组织AEG-1及E-cad表达情况及相关性。方法选取食管癌患者64例,分别取患者食管癌组织和癌旁组织为食管癌组织组(n=64)和癌旁组织组(n=64)。采用免疫组化分析AEG-1及E-cad在2组病理组织中的表达及两者的相关性。结果食管癌组织组AEG-1的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织组(P<0.01),E-cad的阳性表达率显著低于癌旁组织组(P<0.01);AEG-1及E-cad在食管癌组织中的表达呈明显负相关性(P<0.01)。癌细胞分化程度、浸润程度和淋巴转移是AEG-1在食管癌组织中阳性表达的影响因素(P<0.01);癌细胞分化程度、浸润程度、临床分期和淋巴转移是E-cad在食管癌组织中阳性表达的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论食管癌组织中AEG-1呈阳性表达,E-cad呈阴性表达,且AEG-1及E-cad在食管癌组织中的表达呈明显负相关性。
Objective To investigate the expression of AEG-1 and E-cad in pathological tissues of patients with esophageal cancer and to analyze their correlation.Methods 64 patients with esophageal cancer were selected as esophageal cancer tissue group(n=64)and paracancerous tissue group(n=64).The expression of AEG-1 and E-cad in tissues of two groups of patients and their correlation in esophageal cancer were analyzed by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rate of AEG-1 in esophageal cancer tissue group was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissue group(P<0.01),and the positive expression rate of E-cad was significantly lower than that in paracancerous tissue group(P<0.01);the expression of AEG-1 and E-cad in esophageal cancer tissue group was negatively correlated(P<0.05);the differentiation,invasion and lymphatic metastasis of cancer cells were the influencing factors of AEG-1 positive expression in esophageal cancer tissues(P<0.01);The degree of cell differentiation,infiltration,clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis were the factors influencing the positive expression of E-cad in esophageal cancer tissue(P<0.01).Conclusion AEG-1 was positively expressed in esophageal cancer tissues and E-cad was negatively expressed,and the expressions of AEG-1 and E-cad in esophageal cancer tissues were significantly negatively correlated.
