我国土地面积辽阔,道路错综复杂,长输管线施工与公路铁路交叉的工程量巨大。在面对公路、铁路等短距离穿越障碍情况下,常采用的处理方式是顶管穿越。顶管穿越施工技术是最高效且经济的公路铁路穿越方式,不仅可以对障碍物进行保护,还可保证管线不受路面荷载的影响。该文结合某工程案例探讨油气长输管道顶管穿越主要施工技术。

The land area of our country was vast,the road was complicated,and the construction of long-distance pipeline in highway and railway crossing was huge.In the face of road,railway and other short distance crossing obstacles,the usual treatment was pipe jacking.Pipe jacking construction technology was the most efficient and economical way of highway and railway crossing.It could not only protect obstacles,but also ensured that pipelines were not affected by road load.This paper discussed the main construction technology of pipe jacking through oil and gas pipeline with a certain engineering case.
