Collaborative Management Under EPC Mode in Technical Renovation Project of Float Glass Production Line

该文以某浮法玻璃生产线技改项目为例,通过对工程总承包(EPC)项目的管理特点、技改项目的难点与特点进行分析探讨,提出EPC模式下浮法玻璃生产线技改项目精益化协同管理的创新思路,通过总包方和业主从工程设计、采购、施工,到投产运行、达产达标等方面的工程项目总体协调、多方协同,融合了新旧工艺与新旧设备,降低了工程项目成本,缩短了建设周期,提高了项目的整体质量,突破了EPC模式只适用于新建工程项目的局限性。

Taking the technical renovation project of float glass production line as an example,this paper analyzes the management characteristics of engineering procurement construction(EPC)projects,as well as the difficulties and features of technical renovation projects.It further puts forward an innovative idea of collaborative management under the EPC mode in technical renovation projects of the float glass production line.Through the overall coordination between the general contractor and the owner of the project,from engineering design,procurement,construction,production,operation to the designed targets,the new and old technology and equipment can be integrated,the project cost can be reduced,the construction cycle can be shortened and the overall quality of the project can be improved.More importantly,it breaks through the limitation that EPC mode was once only applicable to new construction projects.
