新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下医护人员心理健康的研究进展

Research progress on mental health of medical staff under the COVID-19

面对新冠疫情的爆发,医护人员作为突发公共卫生事件应急救援的核心力量,承担着巨大的工作量和心理压力,极易导致医护人员出现不同程度的焦虑、抑郁及恐慌不安等心理健康问题。本文通过回顾国内外新型冠状肺炎期间医护人员心理健康的相关研究,综述了医护人员心理健康的评估工具、影响因素,从生理、安全、爱与归属、尊重、自我实现等方面总结促进健康方法及积极心理干预措施,以期为常态疫情防控下医护工作人员的身心健康管理提供借鉴。

Facing the outbreak of the new crown epidemic,as the core force of emergency rescue for public health emergencies,medical staff are under huge workload and psychological pressure,which can easily lead to different degrees of anxiety,depression,panic and other mental health problems.By reviewing the related research on the mental health of medical staff during the period of corona virus disease at home and abroad,this paper reviews the assessment tools,influencing factors and health promotion methods of medical staff,so as to provide reference for the physical and mental health management of medical staff under the normal epidemic prevention and control.
