食管癌淋巴结转移的术前诊断研究

Preoperative diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of esophageal carcinoma

淋巴结转移作为食管癌的最主要转移方式,是影响食管癌患者长期生存的关键性预后因素。术前对食管癌患者的淋巴结状态进行准确的评估,对肿瘤的分期、制定合理治疗方案和预后预测具有重要作用。本文对于临床上常用的评估食管癌术前淋巴结状态(N分期)的检查方法进行综述。

Lymph node metastasis,as the most important metastasis mode of esophageal cancer,is a key prognostic factor affecting the long-term survival of esophageal cancer patients.Accurate evaluation of lymph node status in esophageal cancer patients before operation plays an important role in tumor staging,formulation of reasonable treatment plan and prognosis prediction.A review of clinical methods for evaluating preoperative lymph node status(N staging)in esophageal cancer is proposed.
