胰腺癌综合治疗的现状与进展

Current status and progress of comprehensive treatment for pancreatic cancer

胰腺癌恶性程度极高,病人预后极不理想。根治性手术切除是胰腺癌病人获得治愈机会和长期生存的唯一有效方法。然而多数胰腺癌病人因病期较晚而失去手术机会。近年来,针对各期胰腺癌综合治疗策略的发展得到广泛关注,极大地促进了各种治疗手段的联合应用,并明显改善了胰腺癌病人的整体预后。此文就目前胰腺癌各种治疗手段的发展现状及综合应用进展做一综述。

Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignancy with an extremely poor prognosis.Radical surgical resection is the only effective method for pancreatic cancer patients to obtain the chance of cure and long-term survival.However,most pancreatic cancer patients miss out on surgery because of the late onset of the disease.In recent years,much attention has been paid to the development of comprehensive treatment strategies for each stage of pancreatic cancer,which has greatly promoted the combined application of various treatment methods and significantly improved the overall prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.This article reviews the current development status and comprehensive application progress of various treatment methods for pancreatic cancer.
