摘要
目的探讨钴胺转运蛋白TCN1(transcobalaminⅠ)在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用,进一步阐明对结直肠肿瘤的作用机制。方法复习国内外近年来关于TCN1的相关知识,对结直肠肿瘤的机制研究进行综述。结果异常DNA甲基化,能改变关键基因,导致结直肠癌的发生。而其中维生素B 12相关基因钴胺转运蛋白TCN1是一种新的被发现的基因,通过一系列的级联反应,影响单碳代谢,直至引起肿瘤发生。结论TCN1在结直肠肿瘤中高表达,会对肿瘤的生长增殖起到促进作用,进一步研究TCN1在结直肠肿瘤中作用的分子机制,有助于为结直肠肿瘤的临床治疗提供新的药物靶点和实验依据。
Objective To investigate the role of cobalamin transporter TCN1 in tumor development and progression and further elucidate the mechanism of action on colorectal tumors.Methods The related knowledge of TCN1 at home and abroad in recent years was reviewed,and the mechanism of colorectal tumor was reviewed.Results Abnormal DNA methylation,which can alter key genes,leads to the development of colorectal cancer.Among them,the vitamin B 12-related gene cobalamin transporter TCN1 is a new discovered gene that affects single-carbon metabolism through a cascade of some columns until it causes tumorigenesis.Conclusion TCN1 is highly expressed in colorectal tumors and can promote the growth and proliferation of colorectal tumors.Further study of the molecular mechanism of TCN1 in colorectal tumors is helpful to provide a new drug target and experimental basis for the clinical treatment of colorectal tumors.
