摘要
了解企业的竞争优势和经营现状,分析电子商务企业经营效率,利用现有理论建立一套基于三阶段数据包络法的经营效率评价指标体系并验证其适用性。对选取的评价指标进行量化和降维处理,并将其用于20家网上零售类电子商务企业测评。研究发现:多数企业为DEA无效,经营管理等方面可能存在不同程度的问题,需要进一步改进;同时,企业所属地区同期GDP对效率值存在负影响,企业存续时间对效率值存在正影响。
The competitive advantages and management status quo of enterprises are understood,the operation efficiency of e-commerce enterprises is analyzed,and a set of operation efficiency evaluation index system is established based on three-stage data envelopment analysis(DEA)to verify its applicability.The selected evaluation indexes are quantified and dimensionally reduced,and are used in the evaluation of 20 online retail type e-commerce enterprises.It is found that most enterprises are ineffective in DEA,and there may be problems in operation and management,which need to be further improved;meanwhile,GDP in the region where the enterprises situated has a negative impact on efficiency value in the same period,and the duration of the enterprises has a positive impact on efficiency value.
