葛泽定眩汤联合牵引治疗颈椎病疗效及对椎-基底动脉血流动力学、疼痛的影响

Effect of Gezedingxuan Decoction combined with traction in treatment of cervical spondylosis and its influence on hemodynamics and pain of vertebrobasilar artery

目的探究葛泽定眩汤联合牵引治疗颈椎病疗效及对椎-基底动脉血流动力学、疼痛的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月新安县人民医院门诊治疗的72例颈椎病患者,按信封随机法将其分为甲、乙两组,甲组35例,乙组37例,甲组给予牵引治疗,乙组给予葛泽定眩汤联合牵引治疗,两组均治疗1月后,观察两组临床疗效,患者椎-基底动脉血流动力学[左椎动脉(LVA)、右椎动脉(RVA)、基底动脉(BA)]变化,借助视觉模拟评分(VAS)评价患者疼痛情况。结果治疗2周后,乙组总有效率为91.89%显著高于甲组71.43%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组LVA、RVA、BA的收缩期、舒张期及平均血流速度均较治疗前明显增高(P<0.05),且乙组优于甲组(P<0.05)。治疗后,乙组第7、14d疼痛评分均明显低于甲组(P<0.05)。结论葛泽定眩汤联合牵引治疗颈椎病临床疗效确切,可显著改善患者椎-基底动脉血流动力学水平,缓解患者疼痛程度。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Gezedingxuan Decoction combined with traction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and its influence on the hemodynamics and pain of vertebrobasilar artery. Methods Select our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020, 72 cases of cervical spondylosis patients, according to the envelope method, it can be divided into a, b two groups at random, and 35 cases first division in 37 cases, b students to give traction therapy, group b give GeZeDing anti-dazzle soup with traction therapy, both group 1 month after treatment, observing two groups of clinical curative effect, patients with vertebral-basilar artery blood flow mechanics [left vertebral artery(LVA), right vertebral artery(RVA), basilar artery(BA)], with the help of a visual analogue scale(VAS) pain in patients with evaluation. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 91.89% in group B, which was significantly higher than 71.43% in group A(P<0.05). After treatment, systolic, diastolic and mean blood flow velocity of LVA, RVA and BA in the two groups were significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05), and group B was better than group A(P<0.05). After treatment, the pain scores of group B on day 7 and day 14 were significantly lower than group A(P<0.05). Conclusion Gezedingzhao Decoction combined with traction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis has a definite clinical effect, which can significantly improve the level of vertebrobasilar artery hemodynamics and relieve the pain degree of patients.
