新时代的海外华文教育与中国国家语言能力的提升

海外华文教育经历了漫长的历史,培育了一代又一代的华人人才,保留和发展了海外的中华文化,积累了祖语传承的丰富经验。海外华文教育能力是国家语言能力的一个组成部分,而华文教育在"一带一路"建设、人类命运共同体构建、国际中文教育、国家急需人才培养等方面,都有其重要功能。要在新时代提升国家语言能力,就要在现实的基础上,重视华文教育智库建设,让华文教育回归本原,重启海外侨民的国民教育,及时调整国际中文教育的策略,发挥海外华文教育在国际中文国际教育中的桥梁辐射作用,重视海外方言的保护和利用等。

After a long time of development,overseas Chinese education has cultivated generations of quality Chinese speakers,helped to retain and develop overseas Chinese culture,and accumulated rich experience of Chinese teaching as a heritage language.Overseas Chinese education competence is an important part of national language ability.Overseas Chinese education can also contribute to"the Belt and Road Initiative",the construction of community of shared future for mankind,the international education of Chinese language,and urgently-needed talents training.In order to improve national language ability in the new era,it is necessary to build a think tank of overseas Chinese education on the basis of real situation,restore the original nature of overseas Chinese education,restart the national education of overseas Chinese,adjust the strategy of international Chinese education,fully play the bridge role of overseas Chinese education in international Chinese education,and pay attention to the protection and utilization of overseas Chinese dialects.
