吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱联用法检测水质中58种挥发性有机物 被引量:1

摘要 文章建立了水质中58种挥发性有机物的测定方法,分析了本地区生活饮用水中58种挥发性有机物的含量水平。结果表明,各目标有机物标准曲线的线性相关系数大于0.99,方法检出限为0.2~0.81μg/L,相对标准偏差为3.13%~10.3%,平均回收率在83.2%~115.6%。方法的优点为:稳定性好,灵敏度高,操作简便,适用性强,可以满足生活饮用水中58种挥发性有机物的测定。 A method for the determination of 58 volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in drinking water was established. The results show that the linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve of each target organic matter is greater than 0.99, the detection limit of the method is 0.2 ~ 0.81 μ g/L, the relative standard deviation is 3.13% ~ 10.3%, and the average recovery is 83.2% ~ 115.6%. The advantages of the method are: good stability, high sensitivity, simple operation, strong applicability, which can meet the requirements of 58 kinds of volatile organic compounds in drinking water.
