摘要
文章采用全自动石墨消解和微波消解两种消解方法处理同一土壤及沉积物样品,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定土壤及沉积物中的钽元素。对检出限、精密度、准确度和加标回收率等指标作比对,结果表明:两种方法的结果基本一致,能够满足实验要求。
In this paper,two digestion methods, automatic graphite digestion and microwave digestion,are used to process the same soil and sediment samples,and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry is used to determine tantalum in soil and sediment.Comparing the detection limit,precision,accuracy and recovery rate of standard addition and other indicators,the results show that the results of the two methods are basically the same and can meet the experimental requirements.
