摘要
文章分别用正己烷和二氯甲烷采用液液萃取,气相色谱质谱联用法测定,测定结果显示:用两种溶剂萃取效果均符合相关标准要求,正己烷毒性小,容易处置,而二氯甲烷毒性较大,且不易处置,并通过对气相色谱升温程序进行优化,缩短了检测时间,提高了检测效率。
Liquid-liquid extraction was used for N-hexane and dichloromethane respectively, the results of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(gc-ms) showed that the extraction effect of N-hexane was in accordance with the relevant standards, and the toxicity of N-hexane was small and easy to be disposed of, while the toxicity of dichloromethane was large and difficult to be disposed of. By optimizing the temperature-rising procedure of gas chromatography, the detection time is shortened and the detection efficiency is improved.
