摘要
文章建立了柱前衍生-高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定水中戊二醛的方法。在酸性条件下,过量的2,4-二硝基苯肼和戊二醛发生衍生化反应,生成2,4-二硝基苯腙,用高效液相色谱串联质谱仪电喷雾负离子模式测定,采用多反应监测(MRM)方式定量,LC-MS/MS检出限为0.22μg/L,线性范围为0.5~70μg/L,相关系数R> 0.999,平均回收率为84.4%~89.7%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~8.7%(n=6)。
In this paper, a pre-column derivatization-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of glutaraldehyde in water was established. Under acidic conditions, excess 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine and glutaraldehyde derivatize to produce 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazone, which is determined by high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray negative ion mode. Multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) method was used for quantification. The detection limit of LC-MS/MS was 0.22 μg/L, the linear range was 0.5-70 μg/L, the correlation coefficient R > 0.999, and the average recovery rate was 84.4% ~ 89.7%. The relative standard deviation is 1.6% ~ 8.7%(n=6).
