摘要
从苯气体检测报警器的校准入手,阐述了苯气体检测报警器的原理和分类,选用异丁烯、甲烷,异丁烷三种替代标准气体对苯气体检测报警器校准结果进行探讨,并对替代标准气体的流量设置进行了优化,筛选出一种合适的替代气体作为标准气体校准苯气体检测报警器,以减少苯对校准人员健康的损害。
Starting from the calibration of the benzene gas detector,the principle and classification are explained.Three alternative standard gases of isobutylene,methane,and isobutane are selected to explore the calibration results of the benzene gas detector. The flow setting of the alternative standard gases has been optimized,and one suitable substitute gas has been screened out as the standard gas to calibrate the benzene gas detector to reduce the harm of benzene to the health of the calibration personnel.
