摘要
水分活度仪是食品,药品及化妆品等水分活度测量的常见设备,水分活度仪在测量过程会受到一些因素的干扰从而影响其测量结果的准确度。从仪器标定,饱和盐溶液的配制与保存、温度、取样量及样品处理,测量时间,测量头密封性以及测量头的维护与保养等多个方面探讨了可能影响水分活度仪测量结果的几个因素。
The water activity meter is a common device for measuring the water activity of foods,pharmaceuticals,andcosmetics.Some factors may interfere with the measurement process to affect the accuracy of its measurement results.Inthis paper,several factors are discussed in terms of instrument calibration,preparation and storage of saturated salt solu-tions,temperature,sampling volume and sample processing,measurement time,sealing of the measuring head,and main-tenance and repair of the measuring head.
