高强度间歇训练促进青年体质健康的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 国内各地区最新数据显示,大学生体质呈现持续下滑态势[1]。为改变这一现象,国家相关部委多次颁布与学生体质健康直接相关的法规、条例、规划等[2],但结果却不尽人意,大学生身体素质下滑的趋势仍未得到扭转。美国学者艾利森指出,政策目标的实现依赖于政策的执行过程[3]。执行阶段尤其是体育课的具体实施阶段出现的问题可能是青年身体素质持续下滑的主要原因。
