基于移动边缘计算的电力需求响应业务分配研究

摘要 为了提升电力需求响应业务经济效益与配网规划质量,提出基于移动边缘计算的电力需求响应业务分配方法。利用大数据技术设计电力需求响应业务采集流程,以采集到的数据为基础,通过电力需求响应业务分区定位、构建基于移动边缘计算建立业务均衡分配模型、电力需求响应业务分配量计算,实现在需求市场费用最小化,电力运营商利润最大化条件下,电力需求响应业务分配。实验结果表明,与传统分配方法相比,基于移动边缘计算的电力需求响应业务分配方法的分配耗时更短,分配准确率与用户满意度更高,可有效提高电力企业经济效益,分配结果可靠性更高,具备在电力工程中进一步推广的条件。在实际中,可根据电力需求响应业务分配结果进行配电网规划,降低电力传输过程中的损耗,提升配网规划质量。 In order to improve the economic benefits of power demand response business and the quality of distribution network planning,a method of power demand response service allocation based on mobile edge computing is proposed.Using big data technology to design electric power demand response business acquisition process,based on the collected data,through the power demand response business division positioning,building a business based on the edge of mobile computing equilibrium model,the electric power demand response business allocation amount calculation,minimizing costs in market demand,power operators under the condition of profit maximization,electricity demand response distribution business.The experimental results show that,compared with the traditional distribution method,the research method has shorter allocation time,higher distribution accuracy and customer satisfaction,which can effectively improve the economic benefits of power enterprises,and the reliability of distribution results is higher,which has the conditions for further promotion in power engineering.In practice,distribution network planning can be carried out according to the results of power demand response business distribution,which can reduce the loss in the process of power transmission and improve the quality of distribution network planning.
