摘要
针对相控阵雷达信号处理中,运算量大、数据传输速度快的要求,提出了在高性能的PowerPC处理器上,采用矢量信号图像处理函数库(VSIPL)开发脉冲压缩处理、动目标检测(MTD)处理的方法。利用模拟的多组回波数据进行处理时间测试,并与传统的浮点计算方式进行比较。结果表明:采用VSIPL函数库的脉冲压缩处理效率约能提升9~15倍,MTD处理效率约能提升1.3~4.6倍,实现了优化雷达信号处理算法的目的。
In the signal processing of phased array radar,large calculation quantity and fast data transmission are required,so a method developing pulse compression processing and moving target detection(MTD)processing by using vector signal image processing library(VSIPL)on PowerPC processor with high performance is proposed.The processing time is tested by using simulated multiple-set echo data,and the medhod is compared with the traditional floating point calculation method.The results show that the efficiency of pulse compression processing using VSIPL can be improved by 9~15 times,the efficiency of MTD processing can be improved by 1.3~4.6 times,and the purpose optimizing the radar signal processing algorithm is achieved.
