摘要
对比了3D打印与传统制造工艺的原料、周期、成本等,分析了国内外几种3D打印天线,并总结了3D打印在天线制作中的优势,最后对比了几种3D打印形式的优劣,选取熔融堆积成形模式进行研究,利用SolidWorks建模、Repetier-Host切片后,分析了某型号卫星天线罩及某电磁定位侦察系统0.38~2 GHz波段天线打印速度与质量变化。
This paper compares the raw materials,cycle and cost of 3D printing and traditional manufacturing processes,analyzes several kinds of 3D printing antennas at home and abroad,summarizes the advantages of 3D printing in antenna production,finally compares the advantages and disadvantages of several 3D printing forms.The melt stack forming mode is selected for research.After using SolidWorks modeling and repeater-Host slice,the printing speed and quality change of a certain type of satellite radome and a certain electromagnetic positioning and reconnaissance system antenna of 0.38~2 GHz band are analyzed.
