高线性度P波段功放组件的设计与实现

摘要 为了满足固态有源相控阵系统T/R组件高辐射功率、低功耗和线性可调的需求,提出了一种线性可调的P波段功放组件的设计方法。基于模块化设计,分别从工作原理、器件选型等方面实现了功放模块、幅度控制模块和数字控制模块的独立设计。测试结果表明其性能均满足技术指标要求。相较于传统的P波段功放组件,其输出功率不低于392 W,功率效率不低于58.6%,当输出功率回退值为0~60 dB时,衰减精度不大于±0.5 dB。该功放组件的研制对低频固态有源相控阵系统T/R组件的发展有一定的推动作用。 In order to meet the requirements of high radiation power,low power consumption and linear tunability to T/R module of solid-state active phased array system,a design method of linearly tunable P-band power amplifier module is proposed in this paper.Based on the modular design,the independent design of power amplifier module,amplitude control module and digital control module is realized respectively from the aspects of working principle and device selection.The test results show that the properties can meet the technical index requirements.Compared with the traditional P-band power amplifiers,its output power is not less than 392 W and power efficiency is not less than 58.6%.When the output power regression value is 0~60 dB,the attenuation precision is not more than±0.5 dB.The development of the power amplifier module has a certain promoting effect on the development of T/R module of low-frequency solid-state active phased array system.
