摘要
针对弹载脉冲行波管放大器的应用需求,设计了一款浮动栅极调制器。利用TTL门电路实现脉冲前后沿分离,方便脉冲变压器传输;基于单稳态触发原理搭建脉冲恢复电路,以减小调制器的开关损耗;采用厚膜电路工艺,实现浮动调制器高可靠的小型化集成。该浮动调制器尺寸仅为25 mm×20 mm×10 mm。
Aiming at the application requirements of missile-borne pulse travelling-wave tube(TWT)amplifier,this paper designs a floating grid modulator.Rising and falling edges of pulses are separated by TTL gate circuits for pulse transformer transmission.Pulse recovery circuit is employed based on mono-stable triggering principle,thus the switching loss of modulator can be reduced.High-reliable and miniaturized integration of floating modulator is realized by means of thick film circuit technology.The size of the floating modulator is only 25 mm×20 mm×10 mm.
