电极感应气雾化法制备3D打印用TC4粉末增氧量研究 被引量:3

Study on Oxygenation Amount of TC4 Powder for 3D Printing Prepared by Electrode Induction Gas Atomization

摘要 使用电极感应熔炼气雾化(EIGA)设备制备3D打印用TC4合金粉末,采用氧氮氢分析仪检测粉末的氧含量。本文研究了气雾化设备真空度、升压率以及筛分气氛对粉末增氧量的影响。结果表明:对TC4粉末增氧量的影响,设备升压率>筛分气氛>设备真空度,设备的真空度为0.01Pa,升压率为0.67Pa/h,在手套箱中筛分,15-53μmTC4粉末增氧量为167ppm。 The TC4 alloy powder for 3D printing was prepared using an electrode induction smelting gas atomization method(EIGA)apparatus,and the oxygen content of the powder was measured using an oxygen-nitrogen hydrogen analyzer.In this paper,the effects of vacuum degree,pressure increase rate and screening atmosphere on the oxygenation amount of TC4 powder were studied.The results show that effect on oxygenation amount of TC4 powder follows pressure increase rate>screening atmosphere>equipment vacuum.When equipment vacuum degree is 0.01Pa,pressure increase rate is 0.67Pa/h,sieved in glove box,the oxygenation amount of 15-53μm TC4 powder is 167 ppm.
