摘要 人性假设理论是管理学的一个重要的理论,"双师型"教师的培养是高职院校内涵发展的重要内容,也是提升学校办学水平和人才培养质量的关键和主要抓手,基于对"双师级型"教师发展的现状分析,并结合人性假设理论,提出了基于四种人性假设的"双师型"教师培养策略,从而推动高职院校的高水平建设和可持续发展。 The hypothesis theory of human nature is an important theory of management science,and "double-qualified teachers"training is an important part of the connotation development of higher vocational colleges. It is also the key to improving the level of schools and the quality of talent training. By analyzing the current situation of the development of "double-qualified teachers", combined with the hypothesistheory of human nature, this paper proposes four training strategies of "double-qualified teachers"based on the hypothesis theory of human nature, so as to promote the high level construction and sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
