摘要
文章比较分析了美国、英国、德国等国家与我国职业教育师资队伍建设的准入制度、资格认定、培训教育等方面的做法,总结了美国、英国、德国职教"双师型"教师的特点及相关经验,以期对我国职业教育"双师型"教师队伍建设提供理论参考。
This paper analyzes and compares the access system, qualification recognition, training and education of the construction of vocational education teachers in the United States, Britain, Germany and China, reveals the characteristics and related experience of "double qualified teachers" for vocational education in these countries, hoping to provide theoretical reference for the construction of "double qualified teachers" for vocational education in China.
