高职工科教师科技创新环境探析

摘要 高职工科教师通过科技创新活动,能促进教学质量和社会服务能力的提升。高职院校良好的科技创新环境,将促进学校的内涵发展,提升社会服务质量,也是高职工科教师科技创新的定位需求、保障需求、分配需求。通过高职工科教师科技创新的明确定位、加强保障、均衡权益,实现高职工科教师科技创新环境优化重整,促进高职工科教师科技创新导向更加明确、保障更加灵活、权益更加清晰。 Higher vocational engineering teachers promote the improvement of teaching quality and social service ability through scientific and technological innovation activities. A good environment for scientific and technological innovation in higher vocational colleges, promoting the construction of connotation and social service quality, is the positioning demand, guarantee demand and distribution demand of higher vocational engineering teachers’ scientific and technological innovation. Through the clear positioning, strengthening the protection and balancing the rights and interests of higher vocational engineering teachers’ scientific and technological innovation, it can realize the optimization and reorganization of higher vocational engineering teachers’ scientific and technological innovation environment, to promote higher vocational engineering teachers’ scientific and technological innovation orientation more clear, more flexible security, rights and interests more clear.
