当归饮子加减治疗血虚风燥型皮肤瘙痒症36例临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 36 Cases of Spleen of Blood deficiency and wind dryness Treated with Danggui Yinzi

目的观察当归饮子加减治疗血虚风燥型皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效与安全性。方法 72例符合皮肤瘙痒症诊断的患者,随机分为两组,其中治疗组36例,给予口服《济生方》当归饮子,每日1剂,水煎分2次温服;对照组36例,给予口服桂利嗪片,25mg/次,1日3次,西咪替丁片,0.2/次,1日3次。疗程2周,疗程结束判断临床疗效。结果疗程结束后治疗组有效率83.3%,对照组为58.3%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当归饮子治疗皮肤瘙痒症疗效好,不良反应少,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Danggui Yinzi in the treatment of pruritus due to blood deficiency and wind-dryness.Methods Seventy-two patients with pruritus were randomly divided into two groups,including 36 patients in the treatment group.Oral oral administration of"Jishengfang"Danggui Yinzi,1 day,decoction 2 times warm clothes;control group In 36 cases,oral cinnarizine tablets were given,25 mg/time,3 times a day,cimetidine tablets,0.2/time,3 times a day.The course of treatment was 2 weeks,and the end of the course of treatment was used to judge the clinical effect.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,and that of the control group was 57.4%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Yinzi is effective in treating pruritus and has few adverse reactions,which is worthy of.
