异甘草酸镁对重症胰腺炎患者的疗效及炎症因子、肝功能的影响

Effect of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizate on Inflammatory Factors and Liver Function in Patients with Severe Pancreatitis

目的探讨异甘草酸镁对重症胰腺炎患者的疗效及炎症因子、肝功能的影响。方法选取2016年7月-2019年9月我院收治的94例重症胰腺炎患者,按入院顺序分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47)。对照组常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上使用异甘草酸镁治疗,持续治疗2周。观察比较两组疗效,炎症因子水平,肝功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组皮疹、耳鸣及恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异甘草酸镁辅助治疗可有效缓解重症胰腺炎患者临床症状,提高其有效率,减轻炎症状态,改善患者肝功能,且无明显不良反应发生,安全性较高,值得推荐。

Objective To investigate the effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizate on inflammatory factors and liver function in patients with severe pancreatitis.Methods 94 patients with severe pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to September 2019 were enrolled,and divided into two groups according to the order of admission,each with 47 cases.Control group received the routine treatment,while the observation group received the routine treatment combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizate.Then the clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,liver function and adverse reaction rate were compared between groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as rash,tinnitus,and nausea and vomiting between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Magnesium isosglycyrrhizinate adjuvant therapy can effectively and safely alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with severe pancreatitis,improve its effective rate,reduce inflammatory state,improve liver function,with no significant adverse reactions,which is worthy of recommendation.
