Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pathway nursing intervention on respiratory function and adverse psychological emotions in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.Methods 92 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were enrolled, and divided into two groups according to the admission order, each with 46 cases.Control group received routine nursing, while observation group received clinical pathway nursing intervention. The respiratory function, adverse psychological emotions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The respiratory function related indexes including FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC had no difference between groups before nursing(P>0.05),which were better in observation group than in control group after nursing(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores had no difference between groups before nursing(P<0.05),which were lower in observation group than in control group after nursing(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of control group was lower than that of observation group(67.39%vs 89.13%,P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway nursing intervention for patients with acute exacerbation of COPD can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, improve respiratory function, and relieve adverse psychological emotions such as anxiety and depression, which obtains high satisfaction degree, and is worthy of recommendation.
