基于MATLAB的内置式永磁同步电机电流轨迹控制

摘要 针对电压极限椭圆限制下的永磁同步电机弱磁电流轨迹问题,提出一种力矩-电压椭圆控制弱磁计算方法,首先分析永磁同步电机交-直轴电流相平面的电磁关系,按MPTA控制求力矩与最小电流的解析式方程,其次在电压极限椭圆限制下,分析MPTA最小工作点,并寻找转矩曲线与电压极限椭圆限制下最小工作电流,完成电流轨迹规划。在保证牵引系统性能的前提下,减小电流,提高效率,并且平滑过渡。利用Simulink仿真软件对系统进行仿真。 Aiming at the weak magnetic current trajectory of permanent magnet synchronous motor with voltage limit ellipse limitation,a torque-voltage ellipse control weak magnetic calculation method is proposed.Firstly,the electromagnetic relationship of the current phase plane of the perma nent magnet synchro nous motor is analyzed.Analytical equations for torque and minimum current are obtained.Secondly,under the voltage limit ellipse limit,the MPTA minimum operating point is analyzed,and the minimum operating current under the torque curve and the voltage limit ellipse limit is found to complete the current trajectory planning.Reduce current,improve efficiency,and smooth transitions while maintaining traction system performance.The system was simulated using Simulink simulation software.
