摘要
从1986年第一家3D打印公司商业化开始,这项已过“而立之年”的技术在工业、科研、消费、医疗等多个领域获得广泛应用。在2020年疫情期间,以及全球领域出现去全球化的背景下,具有数字化、无模具及柔性制造生产优势的3D打印技术得以凸显,其能够缩短产品链、减少对外部的依赖更是被业内所关注。随着个性化需求增加,对单品进行本地化生产的需求不断增加,而3D打印作为个性化产品的主要输出手段,其生产成本、生产标准以及检验标准还存在着一些问题亟待业内解决。
3D printing,a technique with a history of more than 30 years,experiences a wide application in industry,research,consumption,medical treatment,and other areas since the first 3D printing company's commercialization in 1986.Under the current circumstance of the COVID-19 pandemic and the trend towards de-globalization,this technique,with the features of digital,mold-free flexible manufacturing,fully shows its own merits,especially in shortening the product chain,alleviating reliability on the third-party suppliers,which gained attention within this industry With the rise of customization and the demand for localized production,3D printing,the primary method for personalized products,still faces some problem urged to be solved,such as cost,manufacturing standards,and testing criterions.
