摘要
目的:通过检测孕前、孕期育龄妇女及新生儿“维普创”六项(水痘带状孢疹病毒VZV、百日咳类毒素PT、破伤风类毒素TT、风疹病毒RV、麻疹病毒MV和腮腺炎病毒MuV)的IgG抗体水平,为孕前、孕期育龄妇女及新生儿制定免疫策略及干预措施提供科学依据.方法:以在中国医科大学附属盛京医院门诊进行孕前检查、孕中产前检查的妇女和新生儿人群作为调查对象,采静脉血分离血清,使用ELISA方法进行“维普创”六项IgG抗体定性和定量检测分析.结果:检测人群VZV、PT、TT、RV、MV、MuV的IgG抗体阳性率分别为75.08%、57.38%、43.28%、79.51%、90.66%和76.72%.定量检测结果显示,6种IgG抗体滴度均处于中低水平.孕前及孕期妇女VZV、RV、MV、MuV的IgG抗体阳性率较高,但定量检测抗体滴度均处于中低水平.PT、TT的IgG抗体阳性率较低.结论:需进一步探讨和制定针对孕前、孕期妇女和新生儿进行相关疫苗强化免疫干预的可行性策略和措施.
Aim:By detecting the level of IgG antibodies of"Vptrmm"in the population of pre-pregnant,pregnant women and newborns to provide immune strategy and intervening measures for these people.Methods:Serums from blood collected from outpatients in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were tested for IgG level of varicella-zoster virus VZV,pertussis toxoid PT,tetanus toxoid TT,rubella RV,measles virus MV and mumps virus MuV with ELISA.Results:The positive rates of IgG to VZV,PT,TT,RV,MV and MuV were 75.08%,57.38%,43.28%,79.51%,90.66%and 76.72%,respectively.The results of quantitative analysis showed that the titers of 6 IgG antibodies were in the middle or low level.The positive rate of IgG antibodies of VZV,RV,MV and MuV in these people was high in pre-pregnant and pregnant women,but the titer of antibody was in the middle or low level.The positive rates of IgG for PT and TT were low.Conclution:It is necessary to further explore the feasible strategies and measures of vaccination for pre-pregnant,pregnant women and newborns.
