摘要
超声波纵波检测中,分别采用试块法与计算法调试探伤系统灵敏度进行实验。比对检测结果得出,采用较高频率探头检测时,随着工件厚度的增加,试块法与计算法所测缺陷当量结果相差越来越小,约为0mm^1mm;采用较低频率探头检测时,随着工件厚度的增加,试块法与计算法所测缺陷当量结果相差越来越大,约为0mm^3mm;采用试块法检测时,两种频率探头所测缺陷当量结果相差较小;采用计算法检测时,较高频率探头所测缺陷当量结果小于较低频率探头测得的当量结果。
In this paper,the sensitivity of the flaw detection system is tested by using the block method and the calculation method respectively during the ultrasonic longitudinal wave detection.The comparison of the detection results shows that,with the increase of workpiece thickness,the difference between the defect equivalent results measured by the test block method and the calculation method is smaller and smaller,about 0mm-1mm.With the increase of the workpiece,the difference between the defect equivalent results measured by the test block method and the calculation method is larger and larger,about 0mm-3mm.When using the test block method,the defect equivalent results measured by the two frequency probes have a small difference.The equivalent result of defects measured by the higher frequency probe is less than that measured by the lower frequency probe by calculation method.
