摘要
本文提出了一种基于扭绞、超声波和微波技术的快速清洁铬鞣的方法。在鞣制皮革的性能上,此方法虽然在蓝湿革的铬含量、热稳定性和铬分布均匀性上略低于传统方法,但其实现的鞣制效果在力学性能、感官性能和胶原纤维交织结构上完全可比肩传统方法。此外,该方法鞣制的皮革性能稳定,具有快速鞣制、鞣液可回收的突出特点,这将是未来清洁铬鞣的一种新的方法。
In this paper,a fast cleaning chrome tanning method based on twisting,ultrasonic and microwave technology was proposed.Although the chrome content,thermal stability and chromium distribution uniformity of wet blue are slightly lower than those of traditional methods,the tanning effect achieved by this method is comparable to that of traditional methods in mechanical properties,sensory properties and collagen fiber interwoven structure.In addition,the leather properties of this method can keep stable and continuous tanning for more than 10 times,which has the outstanding characteristics of rapid tanning and recovery of tanning liquor,which will be a new method of clean chrome tanning in the future.
