摘要
建立了用气相色谱对清香型白酒中甲醇和乙酸乙酯含量进行测定的方法,试验采用FID检测器,内标法,自动进样,在建立的气相色谱条件下进行了方法验证,结果表明:甲醇检出限为15mg/L,乙酸乙酯为25mg/L(进样量为0.5μL,S/N=3),标准曲线的线性范围甲醇和乙酸乙酯分别为:100~1000mg/L(r=0.99987)、200~2800mg/L(r=0.99957),样品加标回收率甲醇和乙酸乙酯分别为:93.3%~98.9%、94.7%~99.6%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=10)甲醇和乙酸乙酯为别为3.36%、2.96%。该方法回收率高、重现性好,是一种准确稳定操作快速简单的检测方法。
A method for the determination of methanol and ethyl acetate in fen-flavor liquor by gas chromatography was established. The method was using FID detector,internal standard method and automatic sampler. The results showed that the detection limit of methanol was 15 mg/L,the ethyl acetate was 25 mg/L(injection volume was 0.5μL,S/N=3),and the linear range of the standard curve of methanol and ethyl acetate were 100 ~ 1000 mg/L(r=0.99987)and 200 ~ 2800 mg/L(r=0.99957),respectively. The recoveries of methanol and ethyl acetate were 93.3% ~ 98.9% and 94.7% ~ 99.6% and the relative standard deviation RSD(n=10)were 3.36% and 2.96%,respectively. The method has high recovery rate and good reproducibility,and is a fast and simple detection method with accurate and stable in operation.
