摘要
在OBE教育理念的指导下,为当前高校设计专业工作室人才培养模式的改革提出新的路径方式。结合设计专业的特性,明确OBE理念人才培养目标,从理论指导中的培养方案调整到实践课程体系的改革,构建OBE价值设计体系课程内容。通过以教学成果为导向的教育理念,能有效提升人才自身专业深度与宽度,扭转培养机制的滞后性。与此同时,还能构建新时代的设计教育体系,为社会输送高质量、高技术的设计人才。该研究符合时代发展下对设计专业的新要求,研究成果具备参考价值,为我国高校的未来设计人才培养模式提供方针政策。
Under the guidance of OBE education concept,a new approach is proposed for the reform of the training mode of professional studios in colleges and universities.Combining the characteristics of the design features,the goal of cultivating OBE conceptual talents is clarified,and the training plan in the theoretical guidance is adjusted to the reform of the practical curriculum system to construct the curriculum content of the OBE value design system.Through a results-oriented educational philosophy,the professional depth and width of talents can be effectively improved,the lag of the cultivation mechanism can be reversed.At the same time,it can also build a design education system in the new era and deliver high-quality,high-tech design talents to the society.The research meets the new requirements of the design profession under the development of the times,and the research results have reference value,providing guidelines and policies for the future design talent training model of Chinese universities.
